- Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
- No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
b. Travel or Event Bookings
- For bookings involving third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, conference venues), cancellation policies are subject to the respective third-party terms.
- Hospitor Management Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any non-refundable charges incurred from third-party services once booked.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments made through the website.
- Cancellations eligible under the timelines stated above.
- Services not rendered due to proven negligence or fault from our end.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind or personal reasons beyond the stated cancellation period.

- Disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.), unless covered under a separate contract.
3. Refund Process
- All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

- In some cases, transaction fees or administrative charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Modifications or Rescheduling
- Requests to reschedule services must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Approval is subject to availability and may incur additional fees based on service type.
