Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Account Executive located in Ahmedabad. You will play a critical role in independently managing the financial health of our diverse operations. We are looking for a professional who requires minimal training, can seamlessly handle corporate taxation, and is comfortable coordinating finances across multiple hotel properties and business units.. 


📈 Key Responsibilities:

Handling day-to-day travel arrangements 🗺️

  • Taking full, independent ownership of daily accounting operations and financial reporting. 📊
  • Processing and configuring accurate sales invoicing across different business units. 🧾
  • Calculating, tracking, and ensuring flawless, timely compliance for GST and TDS. 🏛️
  • Preparing and accurately filing GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B tax returns. 📝
  • Performing routine bank reconciliations and maintaining precise general ledgers. 🏦
  • Tracking business metrics, employee timesheets, and financial data using our core ERP systems (Odoo 15). 💻

Who Can Apply: Experienced accounting professionals with a strong background in corporate finance and taxation.

Salary/month: Upto INR 20,000/-

To be successful, you must have solid problem-solving skills, numerical proficiency, and a "get it done right" spirit when managing complex financial data.

Must Have

  • 18 Years Old or above
  • B.Com/M.Com or Finance degree🎓
  • 3+ years corporate accounts 📈
  • Tally Prime Pro
  • High proficiency in GST & TDS🧾
  • Mon-Sat, 10:00 AM-07:30 PM ⏰
  • Organized with high accuracy 🎯


Nice to have

  • Hotel/Travel accounts exp. 🏨
  • CA firm/multi-property exp. 🏢
  • Odoo a plus⚙️
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle last-minute changes
