Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Export Executive located in Ahmedabad. The executive will be at the forefront of our Export-Import Department and will be directly responsible for actively managing essential supply chain logistics and daily export-import operations. 


📦 The executive will take on key Export-Import Services Coordination responsibilities, which include:

  • Passport Collection 🛂
  • Warehouse Management 🏭
  • Inventory Management 📋
  • Supply Chain Management 🚚
  • Labour Coordination and Management 👷
  • Payment Collection (Securing payments from clients against their shipments through email and phone calls prior to dispatching) 💳

Who Can Apply: Freshers, Interns and experienced professionals having excellent communication skills

Salary/month: Upto INR 25,000/-

Must Have

  • 18 Years Old or above
  • Excellent organizational skills 📅
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote, etc.
  • Passion for Export-Import Industry
  • Perfect written and oral command in English and Hindi Languages
  • Willing to explore new avenues within the Export-Import Industry Business
  • Learner, ready to train and implement new technological advancements


Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with shipment coordination, dispatching, and warehouse operations is preferable. 💻
  • IATA Certification🎓
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. 🎓
  • Experience in the export-import or logistics industry. 🏭
  • Knowledge of Additional languages
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 💬
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle last-minute changes
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making (analytical) skills 🧠
  • Highly creative and autonomous
