Description of Internship Programme
This is an Internship Programme on-site role for a Travel Agency located in Ahmedabad. The Interns will be at the forefront of our Travel Agency Department and responsible for handling day-to-day travel arrangements, consulting with clients on travel plans/needs, ensuring excellent communication, providing top-notch customer service, and managing overall travel operations. The Interns will leverage his/her knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to our mission of delivering seamless travel experiences.
Who Can Apply: Freshers, Interns professionals having excellent communication skills
Salary/month: The Appropriate Stipund will be provided after the completion of the Training
Credentials: Qualified Individuals shall be provided with the Completion of Training Certificate

- Promoting our Hospitality, Travel & Tourism and Export Import services to potential clients
- Customer Service, Outbound calls, Following up on Leads, Maintaining Customer Databases
- Maintaining Positive Client Relationships
- Hospitality Services Co-ordination
- Travel And Tourism Services Co-ordination
- Export-Import Services Co-ordination
- Negotiate, Quotation, Contract and Sale
- Ensure Compliance with Company Policies and Travel Regulations
- Stay Updated on industry trends, airline policies, and travel advisories to provide accurate information to clients
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain strong relationships with travel partners and vendors to negotiate the best deals for customers
- Follow the entire sales cycle
- Achieve sales objectives and targets
Qualifications (Must Have)
- 18 Years Old or above
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote, etc.
- Passion for Hospitality, Travel and Transportation Industry
- Perfect written and oral command in English and Hindi Languages
- Willing to explore new avenues within the Travel Agency Business
- learner, ready to train and implement new technological advancements
- Ability to attend in rotational shifts
Qualifications (Nice to have)
- 1–2 years of prior experience in Telecalling / Telemarketing is preferable.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools
- Basic knowledge of Hospitality and Travel and Tourism industry is a plus
- Relevant diploma in Sales, Marketing, IATA, GDS or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- IATA Certification
- Bachelor Degree in the Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field
- Knowledge of Additional languages
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, perform under pressure, and handle last-minute changes
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making (analytical) skills
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Sound knowledge of using Social Media Platform such as Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
