Prague - Day 01
Welcome to Prague! Upon arriving at the airport, weâll transfer you to your hotel. Check the information boards in the hotel reception area for details about the welcome meeting with your guide.
In the evening, weâll transfer you to the Old Town Square, a lively area bustling with tourist activity. You can enjoy dinner at one of the many restaurants offering a variety of international cuisines, including Czech, Chinese, Indian, and Italian. Afterward, there will be a return transfer to the hotel.
Prague - Day 02
Today, weâll visit the capital, Prague, the Baroque jewel of Europe. Our local tour guide will lead an informative panoramic tour, highlighting the cityâs most outstanding monuments. During the tour, there will be a visit to Prague Castle (admission included). After that, enjoy a boat ride on the Vltava River (included). In the afternoon, youâll have free time to explore the city on your own.
PILSEN - Day 03
Weâll depart early from Prague and stop in Pilsen, in western Bohemia, a city renowned for its beer. Youâll have time to stroll through its historic center, where youâll find the Old Town Square, the cathedral, the Plague Column, and a Renaissance-era town hall. Weâll then cross into Germany and follow part of the Romantic Road. Weâll visit Rothenburg, a town that seems to come straight out of a fairy tale and is considered one of the most beautiful villages in the country. Afterward, weâll head to Frankfurt, the financial capital of Germany. After our arrival in the evening, enjoy free time in the historic city center, where youâll find a wide variety of restaurants offering Indian, Asian, Italian, and international cuisines.
FRANKFURT - Day 04
Today, weâll take a scenic cruise on the Rhine between the villages of RĂźdesheim and St. Goar, the riverâs most picturesque section. After that, weâll travel to Cologne, known for its immense Gothic cathedral. Then, weâll head to Holand, arriving in Amsterdam in the evening.
AMSTERDAM - Day 05
Today, weâll be visiting some very picturesque spots - the Holland of our dreams. Weâll start by visiting Zaanse Schans, known for its windmills, canals, and houses. Next, weâll explore Volendam, a picturesque fishing village. A short boat trip from Volendam will take us to Marken, an island connected to the mainland by a dike, where the houses are built on stilts. Afterward, weâll head to Amsterdam for a panoramic tour of the city, including its narrow canals, official buildings, and parks. Weâll also see a diamond-cutting demonstration. At the end of the day, we´ll provide a transfer to the lively city center, an area with many restaurants to choose from.
BRUGES Â - Day 06
We will head to Bruges, a charming medieval city often called the "Venice of the North" because of its scenic canals. The city offers a magical atmosphere with its cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and romantic bridges. If youâd like, you can climb the Belfry Tower for stunning views. How about trying some Belgian chocolate? Or perhaps you´d prefer a local craft beer? We will then continue our journey to Paris, arriving by the end of the day.
PARIS - Day 07
Weâll immerse ourselves in the rich history of France at the magnificent Palace of Versailles (admission not included), renowned for its stunning gardens. On our return to Paris, weâll visit Montmartre, a charming bohemian neighborhood famous for its artists, painters, and cabarets. To fully appreciate the grandeur of Paris, weâll embark on a panoramic city tour with a local guide, showcasing the cityâs impressive avenues and iconic monuments. Afterward, weâll return to the hotel. For those interested, there is an optional variety show in the evening.
PARIS - Day 08
Weâll start our day in central Paris, beginning with a visit to the iconic Eiffel Tower. You´ll have the chance to go up to the second floor of this famous iron landmark (tickets included). Afterwards, weâll enjoy a relaxing boat cruise along the Seine, which will last approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. Youâll have a free afternoon to explore the city at your own pace.
Note: If wait times at the Eiffel Tower are too long, we might reschedule the visit to a different time (or on Sunday) for your convenience.
BEAUNE - Day 09
Today, weâll journey to the heart of France, passing through the Bourgogne region, renowned for its picturesque vineyards and world-class wines. Our first stop will be Beaune, a charming town in the center of Burgundy known for its flower-filled streets, hospice, and wine museum. After some free time for lunch and a walk, weâll continue to Lyon, the former capital of Roman Gaul, located on the banks of the RhĂ´ne River. Lyon´s historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Weâll take a cable car up to Notre-Dame de Fourvière, where we can enjoy a stunning view of the city. Youâll have some free time to explore at your leisure.
Note: In some cases, part of the group will stay in ChambĂŠry, a city near Lyon. In these instances, weâll travel to ChambĂŠry in the evening for an overnight stay. In the morning, youâll have time to visit this medieval-style city, the capital de la Saboya, known for its beautiful historic center and impressive castle.
LYON - Day 10
Today, weâll travel to Switzerland. Upon arrival in Geneva, weâll pass by the Palace of Nations (the European headquarters of the United Nations) and explore the pretty English Garden with its flower clock and admire the Jet dâEau, the tallest fountain in Europe.
After lunch, weâll continue our journey through Switzerland, traveling along the scenic routes by Lake Geneva and Lake Neuchâtel. Weâll drive along the Three Lakes region, enjoying views of magnificent vineyards set against the mountain backdrop. Weâll stop in Neuchâtel, where you can enjoy a walk by the lake, explore the historic town center, or visit the beautiful 10th-century castle. Our journey will conclude in Zurich, where weâll arrive in the late afternoon.
Note: Depending on the number of passengers traveling from Geneva to Zurich, this part of the trip may be done by train, in which case there will be no stop in Neuchâtel.
ZURICH - Day 11
With our guide, weâll explore Zurich, the most populous city in Switzerland , and its financial and cultural heart. Known for its banks, Zurich has been twice recognized as the city with the best quality of life in the world. Afterwards, weâll embark on a scenic cruise of nearly two hours on Lake Zurich, with brief stops to enjoy the charming villages along the route. Weâll disembark in Rapperswil, a picturesque village renowned for its medieval castle. Weâll return to Zurich by train, providing an opportunity to experience the efficiency and punctuality of the Swiss railway system.
Note: Depending on the number of travelers, transfers to and from the city center may be via public transport.
LUCERNEÂ - Day 12
Today´s journey features stunning landscapes with tall mountains and pristine lakes. Weâll enjoy breathtaking scenery in the Interlaken region. Our first stop will be Grindelwald, where weâll have time for a coffee before taking the cable car up the mountain. Once there, weâll walk along a winding path leading to a suspended bridge. For those who are adventurous, crossing the bridge offers spectacular views of the surrounding glaciers. Weâll have lunch on the mountain (included) before heading back down. Our next destination is Lucerne, one of Switzerland´s most beautiful cities, where youâll have time to explore and enjoy the charming cityscape. Weâll then return to Zurich.
Note: The guide will offer an optional full-day excursion, starting in the morning. After some free time in Lucerne, weâll take a rotating cable car to the summit of Mount Titlis. At over 3,000 meters above sea level, the alpine summit offers breathtaking views of the glacier and the Alps.
ZURICH - Day 13
